Ordering & Delivery
Please note this only applies to orders for Prints and Cards and does not apply to commissioned artwork. I will aim to process your order within 2 working days.
UK Deliveries will be sent with Royal Mail standard first class post, which takes up to 5 working days.
If you need something in a hurry I can arrange special delivery, which takes 1 - 2 working days and will require a signature.
For International Delivery prices and times will vary according to country, but it usually takes at least 7 working days (longer for those further away!). Items will be sent with Royal Mail tracked & signed airmail.
Returns and Exchanges
If something has arrived damaged, please e-mail photographs of both the product and the packaging to harriet@harrietbevan.com as soon as possible. I will be happy to offer you an exchange where appropriate. Return of the original goods will not be necessary, as long as sufficient photographic evidence has been supplied.
If you have just changed your mind, please let me know within 28 days of receiving your order by emailing harriet@harrietbevan.com. Provided the goods are returned to me undamaged and in a sellable condition, I will be happy to provide you with a full refund or an exchange. I will not be able to reimburse the delivery costs of returning the goods to me.
Any custom orders or commissioned artwork cannot be returned or exchanged. I will always endeavour to make sure you are 100% happy with these products before they are delivered.
